Meeting Topic:  “Verbal Conflict Resolution in the Workplace”

Presenter:  Dale Kittles

Communication can easily become the number one problem in a workplace setting. By utilizing Verbal Conflict Resolution practices, we can minimize employee complaints and vicarious liability, as well as decrease personal stress at work and in the home. Dales Kittles has had a career in law enforcement and uses his experience to assist business owners and citizens to better prepare for possible violent situations.

Cost: $10 Lunch fee at the door for members in person / $20 Guest fee at the door (Cash, check, or Invoice)
