Topic: Behavioral Styles at WORK: Utilizing What We Know About Behavioral Styles to Help Resolve Conflict in the Workplace
Speaker: Lisa Bartanus, Corporate Trainer, Continuing Education at Piedmont Technical College
In this hands-on, 3 hour learning event, participants will be actively engaged in learning about and utilizing the foundational principles of [BEST Profiles] Behavioral Styles to assist them in addressing conflict in the workplace.
Participants will work in a large group to review and practice a methodology for using Behavioral Styles to identify and resolve conflict. In the second part of the session, participants will break out into small groups to discuss and plan solutions to address case study scenarios.
